The Problem
BISE Lahore results are published as static, hard-to-compare reports. Students, parents and researchers had no way to see trends across years, boards or subjects without manually digging through PDFs.
My Approach
I built a pipeline that normalizes yearly result data into a queryable dataset, then layered an interactive dashboard on top. Charts are the primary interface — filters update everything in place, so comparisons across years and subjects stay fast and legible.
Key Features
Multi-year trend charts
Pass rates, grade distributions and subject performance from 2016 through 2025.
Drill-down filters
Filter by year, board, subject and grade band without a full page reload.
Shareable views
Every filtered view is a URL, so a specific comparison can be sent directly to someone.
Fast on low bandwidth
Aggregated data is pre-computed server-side so the dashboard stays quick on slower connections.
