The Problem
A small operations team was tracking sales and inventory KPIs across half a dozen shared spreadsheets that constantly drifted out of sync, making the weekly review meeting mostly a debate about whose numbers were right.
My Approach
I built a lightweight dashboard that reads directly from their existing database, so there was nothing new to maintain on the data side. Each team gets a saved view of just the KPIs they care about, refreshed automatically instead of copy-pasted.
